2020.12.10 목요일 테슬라 주가는 22.59달러(3.74%)가 올랐고 폐장 후 2.17달러(0.35%)가 내렸습니다.

 

이틀전에 테슬라 유상증자 소식이 있었는데 이와 관련해서 전날 7% 하락세에 이어 프리마켓에서도 30달러 이상 하락을 보인 주가는 결국 상승 마감했습니다.

 

8-k 를 통해, '오퍼링 프로그램을 통해 50억 달러의 자사 주식 매각을 완료 했다. 또한, 매각된 주식의 최종 결산은 12월 11일까지 완료될 것이다'라는 내용이 알려지면서, 양전 마감했습니다. 

 

'주식은 떨어질때가 세일이다'라는 생각으로 프리마켓에서 576달러에 1주, 571달러에 1주 매수했습니다.

Two days ago, Tesla's paid-in capital increase came to a close after a 7% fall the previous day and a further $30 drop in the pre-market.

Through the 8-k, the company completed a $5 billion sale of its shares through the offering program. In addition, the final settlement of the shares sold will be completed by December 11.'

I bought a share for $576 and a share for $571 on the pre-market thinking, 'When stocks fall is on sale.'
